I have Partridge rocks and they look a lot different than yours, so it is not a PR.

I think it could be a type of red sex link if you look they are all different in some ways. I had a red sex link that was 22 inches tall and weighed 11 pounds. the other red sex link was about as big as my barred rocks. I think it depends on what rooster they used over what hens. I also noticed that on my red sex link (I lost the big one to a infection of her foot) that after her 1 year molt her red feathers where darker and she looks more like a RIR now. What ever she is she is pretty.
