Just picked up my BLRW from papa brooder and my sizzles from emvickery at the PO. They are in the incubator now! No broken or cracked eggs and the air cells look ok for the most part. Yay!

In April I got some Sussex and SFH eggs from Muddyhorse. Today they are 15 weeks old. The boys have been rehomed and there are 4 girls left. 2 Sussex and 2 SFH.

Dorcha - Silver Sussex



Nealla - SFH



Aella - SFH




Glenda is a Sussex. Not Light, not Silver. She has beautiful lacing. But she's shy. You can see her tail in the background of Aella's pic. But that is about it. She only gives me butt shots. They are so sweet and fun. I had a great hatch rate! 6 out of 10 eggs under a broody.
