Feeding Baby Chicks and do's/don'ts

It seems like there are a million articles on what to feed chicks and when so I will throw it out there as there seems to be debate:

Grit for Chicks?
What exactly to feed chicks besides granule chick feed?
How old before you introduce chicks to scraps and what is recommended 1st?
Dust baths?

You're going to get completely different answers from everyone.

Yes I give them chick grit.

I stick to chick appropriate feed for the first two weeks or so. Then I'll start giving them very small amounts of treats, like broken up mealworms, to start training them to want to come to me.

They start dust bathing at a couple of weeks, usually starting in the substrate of the run, since it's a little harder for them to get into the adult's bath until they're bigger.
