Feeding different age hens?

I have 5 pullets 20 weeks old and 2 pullets 14-15 weeks old. I just got my first egg and I guess I should start feeding my them layer pellets. The layer pellet specifically states not to feed to pullets under 18 weeks. Their current food is non-medicated, can i keep them on it until they are all over 18 weeks?

Yep...Just feed til its gone or mix with the pellets if they hit 18 wks and you haven't used up your bag...Even if the 20 wk. olds get into the starter grower its ok ...just keep some oyster shell handy for the older girls to peck at in a dish......

thanks, also, as long as their food is non-med, the eggs are safe to eat correct?
