Feeding pullets of different ages

Starter and grower are two different types of food though. You mean mix them together?

Not all brands have a separate starter and grower. You youngest chicks at 7 weeks can certainly switch over to grower, or you can stay with starter for all the birds... as long as you're not feeding layer until the youngest are old enough to lay it's fine however you want to do it.

Flock feed...? What is it called, like at the store? Sorry I’m kind of a newbie!!

"All flock" as implied by name is a feed appropriate for all ages of chickens, also called flock raiser, hatch to hen. It can be nutritionally similar to starter and/or grower.

my two new gals are 7 weeks. Do the young ones need to be eating starter food? I’ve read at 8 weeks you can switch them.
It's OK to switch from Starter 20% to Grower 15-16% between 6 to 8 weeks.
Myself I would not switch to Grower. I would continue to feed the Starter.
Ok, I’ve only seen them separate at farm stores around here (Oregon) starter OR grower. Apparently starter is 20% protein and grower is 15-16%?
These are similar to what you have 20% and 15% Protein even though the definition is different. 20190618_075511.jpg
Here are 2 brands of combined Starter-Grower/Start & Grow, both 18% Protein that I use.

^^ medicated ^^
The Non-Medicated versions can be fed throughout Adulthood with Oyster Shells separately for the Calcium. This is what I'm currently feeding to my Hens 23 months old.
The older gals are still on grower as only one has started to lay, so she gets oyster shells to supplement.
Continue offering the Oyster Shells till the youngest are laying or at least 18 weeks old. GC
