FEEDING QUAIL

Thank you 007Sean, and do you know what the adults protein and calcium should be?
I feed mine 24% from hatch till death. If it's a complete and balanced feed, you shouldn't have to supply extra calcium, ie; oyster grit
Would only give grit if your feeding cereal type grains, the grit aids in breaking down the seeds in the gizzard.

Baby quail will need game bird starter. It is a much higher protein than chick starter. What breeds are you looking at?
@007Sean
I don't know the breed name, but my friend has some that I was thinking about buying, the aren't button quail, and they're not exotic, and they look a lot like this
