feeding question... ADVICE PLEASE

[Cavendish Chickens]

Okay.. I have a weak baby that I got from tractor supply today. (No I'm not going to cull it. I'm trying to give it a chance. That's why I brought it home.) A friend said to feed it sugar water. How often do I give the water to it, and do I give the water to it during the night too?
