Haha, spoiled horses! ... I saw some on sale today so I might go back this week and start it as a supplement to her grain at first. She's doing really great so far, and we've had a good weather forecast about our rain... 9 degrees and drizzly rain so she'll likely be staying outside, I might give her hot mash that day just to keep her insides all toasty, she's got a great waterproof shell and a really good coat of hair (nice and shiney too!)
Here is Luna this morning with her spiffy new blanket... this was taken after she went for a canter around the field.
We actually had to go and trade in her 63" blanket because it was too small! She's a 66", cause her butt is so big LOL, turns out she has some great muscle under all that butt hair... I gave her a good look over today and she has filled out nicely since Christine got her and even a bit since we got her.
