I saw one down by Cheyenne one winter. It ended up with it's pic in the papers. That was before I had a decent camera.

We mostly have little Screech owls around our house. This cute little guy was actually just chilling on the road near my house the one day. I thought he was a pile of slush at first lol. I got out and he let me pet him for a second before he flew up in the tree to look at me lol

And this guy was hanging around for a while. He got at least two of my pullets so my chicken coop has been closed up for a week or two now. They're all mad they can't come out but they'll get over it.

I have a Red-tailed hawk that has been stopping by to dine on the starlings that I toss over the fence.

I have to fill the (double) suet feeder every two days, and the wild bird feeder (also a double) every day practically....so I'm not noticing any decline. Maybe more blue jays is all.

Chicken wire won't keep all predators out.

Chicken wire won't keep all predators out.

I know. My main coop is covered and has hardware cloth. That is my turkey pen and is only designed to keep the turkeys from wandering, not things out. They're locked up at night.
