It's a Bluebird but I can't tell you whether it is an Eastern or Western one.

When they used to show up here, they never stayed for more than a couple of days.

40+ Cow Birds and 2 CROWS, WTH, no more feeding seed, suet for the others and syrup for the Humming Birds, that's all, D-U-N, DONE!

That looks like a Lazuli Bunting. I see them occasionally here in New Mexico.
