When i was on vacation in Florida we went to all the parks like we usualy do ( witch i hate i only like animal kingdom lol) and when we were at Epcot my sister goes look at that ugly duck . I said thats not a duck its an Egyption goose . Then i said wait a minute this isnt an exibit it was a loose feral egypion gooose hanging around a little pong they had . It was near the bushes so it made me think maybe there was a pair and the other was on a nest

Any way here are the pics

I know in Europe feral Egyptians are more common then the native Mallard in some Parks.
I walked through a little green, treed area with a pond maybe the size of 1 city block and besides 8 or so mute swans and 30 or so mallards there were at least 15 adult egyptians(some even with legbands) and over all another 30 or so juveniles cruising the pond and the grass.

Was neat to see, got to take some nice close-ups of them, then my friend told me that these ferals are very numerous, and even winter in the cities, raising young etc.
Thats one adaptive goose!

I just think these are very cool birds. Everyone keeps saying they are aggressive but mine eat out of my hands. I also have them with my black-bellied whistlers and they all seem to get along fine.
