Possibly. Again, you would have to do a side by side comparison with an egg which has not been incubated. Without that side by side, it's difficult to id from a photo, because the lighting can vary so much in a photo.

Here is one of my eggs on day 18 it’s a white egg and the dark spot is the chick you can see the veins you should see veins like these in a fertile egg
