I had to find a new home for my cockerels, how long will my pullets eggs be fertilized for?

Generally hens retain high fertility for 2 weeks, moderate fertility up to 3 weeks, and occasional fertility for up to 4 weeks after the removal of a rooster.

Thanks! and what are the chances my 5 month old hens lay and sit on the egg until it hatches? I'm not sure if I should leave some eggs in the nesting box to try it or not.

That depends on their breed for a start, and if they're prone to broodiness.
At five months, extremely low.
Likely they won't in time even if they are broody in the future.

the one that is laying right now is my amberlink and i think my leghorn. and how long can the egg sit in the box before it is no longer viable to hatch OR ok to eat?

Don't bother. Highly unlikely newly laying pullets will go broody.
If you want to hatch some eggs now, get an incubator.

Do not leave eggs int he nests, bring them inside daily
Fertile eggs can remain viable for about 10-14 days or maybe longer, but the sooner you incubate the better.
