That's what I was going to say I just had a hen decide to crow and be a rooster at 6 months even my other roosters did the mating dance for this hen but she/he decided to fight and start crowing I was very suprised it was a rooster

Yeah. I get 3 eggs most days. And they all squat and do the dance when you go near them. None of them crow.

Roosters are awesome is right I was not really looking at the tail feathers they are all hens especially if they are that old I thought they were younger sorry

So am I.. I’m stumped. They are fully caged because my backyard isn’t fully fenced. So as crazy as this sounds it’s not possible they got out or a rooster got in..
