Once a hen has been fertilized by a rooster can another rooster fertilize her and she'll have two different types of chicks or does the first one count only?

    Hi

Yes, her eggs can be fertilized by either cockerel, so consecutive eggs could hatch into chicks with two different fathers. I believe it takes about two weeks for the sperm from a mating to no longer be viable but fresher sperm from another cockerel during that period is likely to be more successful.
