Fighting over nesting boxes! Drawing blood... help!

I have one hen that is very protective over her nest boxes in particular one box. She has began to draw blood on the chicken's combs and is continuing this behavior which is getting worse. Now pecking one chickens head. There is a lot of blood. I have looked on this site for what to do but can't find the answer for my situation. It's not lack of space, boredom, I have enough boxes and plenty of protein in their diet. I've tried blue -kote. What should I do? Block off box...separate her... please help me.

You could try closing that particular box off. Obviously one of the hens thinks it is hers. By closing it off, she may feel she has nothing to defend and change her ways. You could always try pinless peepers on the aggressive hen for a while and that may adjust her attitude along with closing off this box.
