fighting to change "North Austin Municipal Utility Distr1" restrictive

Hi:
I live in Austin, Texas but out side of city limit (Williamson County). Therefore, there is a restrictive covenants designed for our neighborhood. They sent me a letter and told me that my two ducks, 5 hens are livestocks, which is not allowed. However, city of Austin's restriction allowed homeowner to keep chickens in their backyard. I am very upset about "North Austin Municipal Utility District #1" had such restriction and how the way they called my beautiful ducks and hens "livestock"!! I'll never treat my ducks and chickens as "livestock". I wrote NAMUD#1 and tried to explain my ducks and chickens are not "livestocks", they are my family pet!! I spent lots money and time to ensure my animals are happy and healthy. My daughters are very upset and they got lots supports in their high schools(McNeil High School and they have a huge FFA program). We are going to fight for our ducks and chicken!! My daughters and I are trying to get supports from her high school friends and our neighborhood. I need suggestions and support who live in Austin Texas.
