We recently got 5 new chickens from a neighbor, not exactly sure how old but they're pretty small still. I was having the hardest time figuring out what breed they are, finally settled on 3 being black copper marans and the other 2 cuckoo marans, until this morning when I realized that a couple of them have five toes!! After doing some research online and seeing that none of them seemed to match any of the breeds that have five toes and feathered feet, I finally texted our neighbor and asked if he knows what breed they are. I never would have been able to figure it out myself because they are a mix! He said the rooster they have is a silky/barred rock mix, and he thinks that some came from an an Americauna and some from a black Sussex hen. I've attached pictures below of them, two look like typical barred rocks except with fluffy feet and one of them having five toes (pretty sure that one is a rooster because he is bigger and lighter colored too), two of them are black with hints of blue and brown/red on chests and back, and the smallest one is similar but with less brown and a white patch under its chin.

Which one do you think is a cockerel?

I'm leaning towards Olive Eggers, not Marans. They do have Marans in them though.

The one in the 9th picture!
Could you take more comb pictures of that one? I don’t really see the comb that well, it doesn’t look too red in the face to me, but again, you don’t know the age they are...

but I do think they are old enough to differentiate gender...

Do you have updated pictures of them? The cross your neighbor described seems right.

They aren’t marans mixes. The OP asked the person they got the chicks from what breed they are:
