Filling the incubator 6-3-2011 Join me for my 1st attempt?

I just had a little scare I went to check my temps and it was down around 94/94...im hoping I caught it in time to not affect anything also my humidity is a little low I think too. Im reading just below 70% - is this ok or should I increase it? And if so how? Maybe tape up a vent hole or two???

Ahhh put a new bulb in! But I didn't realize the old bulb was a 60watt... This one is a 100watt. Should be more efficient at heating up the bator, quicker cycles, maybe the thermostat will work better! <<<< trying to be confident...

So for this hatch, my final numbers are: 5 hatched out of 11 that made it to lockdown out of 25 originally. Not good statistics.

My incubator is driving me up the wall. The evaporating pad was completely soaked, but the temp on the Brinsea was reading low 70s. This is my first ever Brinsea and so far it is NOT making me happy.
I need to figure this thing out before I try again. SO tedious. *Sigh*

Ahhh I am so excited to hear if you get babies! My hatch isn't going as well, but it is my first hatch with young, inexperienced quails first lays. So it is everyone in my houses firsts lol!
