Once mine got started it went real quick I sat next to it and peep to him I am sure that was not the reason it was just time for him to hatch Yours will be along shortly

I play this on my phone to encourage hatching. It actually does make a noticeable difference so you're onto something!!

I am at 4 hatched everyone else has pipped maybe by tonight they will finish hatching I only set 9 nine eggs for our first hatch I just wanted to make sure we could ave some success

I never would have thought of playing the sound of baby chicks to encourage hatching. They perked up when I played it just now. I am currently at three chicks hatched, one looks like its about to zip. It keeps poking its nose out the hole and the others have gathered around. Ten eggs have pips on them so fingers crossed they all hatch.

The three that have hatch appear to all be out of my buffs. I have a blue orp rooster, two buff hens, two red star hens and one white hen out of my red star from last year. She looks just like a Delaware. These three chicks are mostly blue and appear to have some yellow on them. My mother in law has some blue buff orps and they have yellow breast with blue tails and heads. I have no idea what ill get out of my red hens and my white hen.
