Partridge is a color, like barred or white.

Rocks come in partridge, silver penciled (silver partridge), white, buff, columbian, barred, black. They have varying SoP for APA showing but are basically the same breed.

One pretty hen - but then, are any really ugly? just some are prettier than others.
and great big egg!!
we have several large hens and some silkie cross bantams - the difference between the eggs are so amazing.
The littlest eggs are great hard boiled and added to a salad - looks fantastic.
