Finally hatching count 15...UPDATED WITH PICS...

Day 20 starts for me in 26 minutes. Every five minutes I go in there are stare at them hoping to see any slight movement, a pip, something! I even put my ear to the bator and listen for sounds. I must look like a nutcase, lol.

Nothing yet though. They look the same as five minutes ago, and the five minutes before that, heh.

well, I feel better!!! Day 20 for me also and I keep listening and watching.... this was the only one of 7 that had anything in it!

Since noon 9 more have pip. Around 7pm this afternoon one lonely Dominique has hatched.

Last week the egg that was marked No.1 hatched first out of 18 and tonight the egg marked No.1 egg hatched first out of 16.

What are odds of this happening? I say they will be in full hatching mode about midnight.

I don't have a pip or a peep!! I did check a couple of the eggs and the babies have pipped into the aircell...just not the shell. How long before they pip the shell????

I know...keep your hands off the bator!! I've got to figure out if I'm calling off work tomorrow! I told them if I had babies hatching, I wouldn't be there.

You ought to go to work....they hatch faster when you're not there to watch them!!!

I'm on day 19 and 20 with a couple of batches. So far I can see 5 pips in the day 20 eggs.

Gator I must say that these eggs have done great for me and they are shipped in 3 shipments. The first 2 shipments I got 82% live. Hang in there they will start.

Well, I was just on the phone telling my friend that I had 3 chicks. Went back in to look and....there were four....and a zip in progress.

Amazing. These guys weren't even due until tomorrow.
I'm very happy.
Shipped eggs, too.

Oh yeah, and they're 2 for 2. 2 EEs and 2 Ameraucanas so far....

Well I made my 10 O'clock rounds and now I have 4. Susan the race is on!

One is still in the shell siting there with his wings hanging over the side all rared back like hes on the potty.

But there are two Ameraucanas that look like they're gonna even the score and probably pull ahead soon....
