I have two others that have pipped, it’s okay to open the incubator to get her out when she’s fluffy, this won’t disturb the others? I know they can stay in the incubator for several hours, but it took her 13hrs to be born. I feel like that’s a long time to leave her there..
I like to leave them in the bator until fully dried, moving to brooder 2 or more at a time.
Newspaper can be slippery and injure legs, paper towels are a better choice.

I was keeping them on a cloth that’s not slick until they got their bearings (I did place more cloth down for them though). I haven’t been able to keep them in the incubator to dry because after over two hours, they’ve been wet still. The little one that just hatched is hanging out in there for a bit encouraging the other pipper though:)
