Southerngirl, I'm curious if you ever raise dark cornish as meat birds.....I saw your pics in the other section and they are good looking birds. Thanks.

I'm trying to decide what kind of meat bird is right for me; I'm considering Freedom Rangers and Dark Cornish. I've heard the Dark Cornish are good foragers.

What a good job for hand plucking them, they are just perfect! Let us know how they are when you cook one.
