Finishing a turkey

I want to finish off a turkey for thanksgiving. It is a hen (or whatever the name of a young female is). Hatched in June. What and how long should I finish it? Thanks!

is it a broad breasted variety? They are ready for harvest at 20 weeks
If it's a heritage variety at least 6 months old. Depends on how big of a turkey you want/need.
some people give them corn along with their turkey food the last month to finish them.

Heratage. Narragansett. She won't be six months old so just however big she gets. We're having ham from our pigs too. I'll start adding in corn. Thanks!
