Fire burns Wa chicken farm last night :(

I really think this is awful. It made me cry. Those poor babies locked up in cages with no way to escape.... The comments (Not on BYC, but on the website) just made me cry harder. It's like those people dont even value chickens for anything but food. I'm sorry but I dont find this funny. I really just can't even imagine the torture those animals must have gone through. I just cant even fathom it.

What gets is what the one neighbor says about the chickens being better off because they're not locked up in cages anymore. I bet that neighbor buys chicken from the grocery store not even thinking about what he said

Does he know how they are raised. Where does he get his eggs from?
