They must be finishing up loosing the feathers on their heads. I didn't really notice it until you pointed it out.

HOLY MOLY they are big! They look like two toms? And they are sporting mohawks!

Never thought of that way . . . will never quite look at them the same way again.

SCG-- be extra careful about metal sheds. Maybe you are already aware, but worth reminding. A metal shed can get deadly hot if in full sun.

SCG yes I am sure they are both toms. I am almost 100% sure the BR and blue are girls.

As tempting as this hatch a thon would be, I'm wrapping up hatching for the year. DH is out putting a pen together now, with more to do on the to-do list.
