First Batch of Chicks

Hey guys! I'm a new owner of some chicks. I bought these ten tonight and I have absolutely no idea how to tell what gender or breed they are. I'm really interested in this brown chick we have. It's so beautiful and big for a chick (well... bigger than the others.) I would really appreciate the help!
