What scares me... what happens if "the bad guys" or just some moron not knowing what he's doing creates a bug that targets the field corn that we've whittled down to growing? Even if it was a one time dose, only effected one crop, we'd be SO screwed. Considering just how many things contain corn, because it's so cheap... cool whip to cattle feed to car fuel... that could be an unprecedented disaster... the Potato Famine increased exponentially.
