First chick has hatched

I checked the incubator a few minutes ago and didnt see anything. I just now went and checked again and there was a chick hatched out. I didnt even see him pip.

Congrats!!! Isn't it awesome!! My first hatch started on Day 18...It looks like the last 2 that are going to hatch did hatch this morning around 3 am. 20 in the brooder...2 still in the bator, a few that didn't make it out after zipping and 1 passed after. I left the other un-pipped eggs in....just incase...it's only day 22.

Grab some popcorn and watch!! I think I lost 5 pounds running back and forth to the bator!
