Okay, I have an LG still air incubator w/ an automatic turner. The temp was perfect when I had the eggs in the turner. I removed the turner this morning and put the eggs on the rack, topped off the water resevoir, and put in a wet sponge. The humidity is at 80% (is that too high?). Then I realized that the temp on the rack was 95F! I tried increasing the temp slowly. Of course I had to go to work this morning
I worried the whole time that the eggs were either too cold or too hot. After being gone for 6 hours I came home. The incubator temp was still only 97F! I finally got the temp to 99.5F about an hour and a half later.
Is it too late for my babies?? Have I done irreversable damage to the hatch? Please let me know your thoughts. I am sooo worried!!
