My hubby just headed out to make the hour drive to pick up my laying Lavender Orpington! Hopefully the stress of the move won't be too bad, and she'll keep on laying! I'm so excited, she is beautiful!

She's gorgeous! Huge compared to my RIRs and SLs! Super sweet bird! The others seems very threatened by her. I hope I haven't tipped the balance here when eggs seemed soooo close. Hopefully everyone meshes well and LAYS soon!

I'm back in the countdown too. I have 2 welsummer pullets that are 19 weeks old. And another pullet that is 16 weeks old. They are in my breeding flock, so I can't wait to see the eggs.
