I'm soooo jealous! My white Leghorn is 18 weeks old today and she isn't ready yet

Do you have a pic of yours? Wanted to see if yours is more developed. Here's mine just to compare comb size, etc......

so today I believe one of the wyandottes must have tried the nesting box out. hay was matted and the fake egg was moved. although now my wellies are showing waddle growth and color.
By the way,HAPPY CHOOKS. I saw a photo on another site of a couple wellie eggs in a dish of other eggs. looked good. hope mine look as good as those did.

Pearl, your leghorn looks really close. You will have an egg soon! Here is a picture of Lucy. Her comb has grown like crazy this past week or so and she has been doing the squat for about that long as well.

Was it this one? It's my picture. These were what my first hens laid when they started laying. They are lighter now as they are older and it's the end of their cycle. They darken back up after molting.
