How wonderful! Pullet eggs! We are still getting pullet eggs too.. they're so cute though~! Someone left a message on one of my threads about using food coloring to tell. I'll go find the post and post it here for you.

You can drip food coloring onto your hen's vents - a different color for each bird. The next eggs laid will have a slight 'tint' to them - helps you tell who is laying what.
