What part of the country? I have some that also hatched mid May, and not an egg so far. I am beginning to worry that the day has gotten so short...maybe they won't lay until February.

About 30 miles north of Charlotte, NC. I had the same concern as you. Curious if any of the others start.

I am suffering through a MAJOR do over, and it seems like I have been months and months without eggs. So have my fingers crossed, but I am much farther north than you. They are getting red wattles, and I know it is about when you give up hope entirely.... please, please lay!
