First eggs - there are four?

You will have the fluffiest cake ever if you use duck eggs. I recommend breaking them into a separate bowl first to make sure they are ok. I also beat them well before adding them. Mine have very little white and the yolk is much tougher than a store bought chicken egg.
Great advice i do the same thing. I've been baking so much more since my girls started laying everything I bake those duck eggs into turns out so delicious
