first green egg hits the deck!

Two of mine started on the same day. I put them on the counter and was about to take a picture when my daughter reached up and pulled the napkin they were sitting on down along with the eggs.

That is a verrrrry pretty egg though. Nice tint.

LOL - this makes me think of the time I gathered eggs in one of my big jacket pockets. When I bent over to pick up an egg(it was the same lovely shade as yours) from the floor, 1/2 the eggs in my pocket came tumbling out and a couple cracked on the floor. I gave those ones to the dogs. Congrats on the new layer!!!
