First Hatch 2010-Rocks, Amer's, etc. (FINISHED!)

I do'nt know about this James,lasagna,salad,spaghetti and then dessert at Cynthias' place.
It sounds to good to be true.You think they are trying to set us up here?

Going into Day Four with my hatch already! Time is passing quickly right now. Can't wait to candle! Boy, that makes me hungry, that candling. Might need some lasagna.

Yay! Day four! My chickies!!!

I am counting days - Cynthia, I know so little about incubating, that I forget when it is you check them. . .???

Fresh mozzarella with a slice of tomato on bruschetta, Greek olives and Wisconsin aged cheddar and garlic Jack from Cady Creek. Sliced Pinata apples. Salad with fresh mixed greens and parmesan dressing. Secret recipe lasagna from an old Italian family in Wisconsin. Three kinds of wine. Cynthia's luscious whatever she called it dessert with freshly ground coffee and dairy fresh heavy cream. THEN JamesA, Scott and Chipper can roll over the border to Georgia. Ha! Beat it.

Ok, stop! Can't take it anymore! I have to go take a shower and forget about all that food!

I candle the eggs on day 7-9, depending on when I decide to do it, so not too long now.

I can do 'bout anything except electricity....something about "zap" that makes my hair stand on end. But I bet Tom is good at that so.....name us a weekend and I'll load the boys up and will pound some nails!!
