That happened to me too. I let it dry for a bit then after a while I just snipped it off with a pair of scissors. I left a little bit attached and after a few days or i don't know really how long because after they fluffed out I couldn't tell the difference between them it must've fallen off. My chick was dragging it's egg shell around the bator.
what is it, about 83%? Could be better but not bad (didn't include infertile ones in the math). I have a B hatchrate lol but you have an A if we think of it in grades. I think I'm just rambling now trying to figure out hatch rate. Ah well.
