First hatch minutes ago, normal for poult to not walk PAGE 2? VID ADDE

poor thing, i just watched the video. to me it looks like he just needs a bit of time to learn how on his own. he looks over all healthy, but just doesn't know quite ho to balance. just be sure he's upright and not on his side too much. here's hoping he will get up on his feet soon

Unfortunately this is a problem sometimes. Before i got my incubator dialed in i had 6 like that but i saved 4 of them by putting them in the center of a roll of exprees mail tape or duct tape to help keep them on their feet for a couple of days. I sort of hand fed and watered them and they eventually could hold themselves up and done fine.

I cannot really feel bones in his feet. But I'm sure they must be there.

Maybe like a newborn human baby the bones are soft for awhile?

Awwww, I watched the video and he is adorable. I hope he does ok.

The poult didn't make it hrough the night, I did see another little poult in the bator this morning, I'm worried the same thing will happen to this one.

I'm sorry about the baby gobbler! I don't know of anything to help with it's legs, hopefully someone else one here will have some ideas. If the newly hatched poult has leg problems too, I would almost think it's in the genes. IDK, wish I was more help.
