First hatch

I am hatching eggs for the first time. I got 3 dozen assorted eggs from a local breeder. He did not mark the breeds on all of them. One of the bantam egg chicks hatched. It has feathered feet so we assumed it was a silkie. The skin color is pink and the legs are pink. I know silkies have black skin and legs. It also has only 4 toes. Are there any other breed a that are feathered feet and blue eggs?
