I have two cute little chicks one zipping now and two more pips that I can see! I can tell now I'm not getting any sleep tonight! Lol

If I decide to ever go to bed tonight. (lol) do I leave a light on? I have pips! Don't they need to see when they hatch? Right now I just have one lamp on in the next room.
 
I think tomorrow morning sometime. I have a lot more to hatch and I have one in there now that needs to absorb her yolk sack so I don't want to mess with the humidity much until she looks stronger. Does that sound right?
 
Good luck with yours too ! I woke up 6 chicks this morning. I have no idea of total could because so many of these were shipped eggs.
 
From the 4 hrs or so I've been reading on this its up to you really. If you can't see any more pips, go ahead but be quick about it to maintain as high humidity in incbator as possible but you could wait another day if it isnt too crowded and early pippers will be fine while absorbing the sac.

If you can see for sure more pips wait a little longer because you dont want the new pips to dry out.
