First Night of Chickies being outside!

Today was also a first for my hens. It was there first day free ranging(even though there is still about 1 1/2- 2 feet of snow in my yard in some places) The area around the coop was pretty grassy so i let them out for the first time and they loved it.

I put mine outside yesterday in the run for the first time and let them stay outside all night in the coop. Had to put them in the coop in the evening cause they are still alil new to whats going on. 4 weeks(Buff Orps) old with alot of feathers. I know it sounds young and maybe it is but they seemed to do just fine. Weather had been good here but wouldnt you know it rained last night

. Went out and checked on them and they were fine

. Dont know if they will go out on there own but they really seemed to enjoy the outside yesterday. Weather has been 70-80 daytime and 40-50 nighttime.
