First Processing Day Coming Up and ?

Hello all,

Our first Cornish X's will be processed soon. My husband hasn't done this since he was a kid so he wanted me to find a video or something he can watch so he will know how to properly clean the chicken. Doesn't have to be a video, a pictorial would work just as well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

By the way that's Harvery Ussery's website and he has many great articles on raising poultry. He does a lot of articles for Backyard Poultry magazine.
