I hope she's is good. I am going to have a hard time butchering her. Not because I like her but because she is huge and I am not sure I will be able to hang her by her legs without help. But I will try. I know the BBW we butchered took two people to lift him up and he was only 6 months old!

Looks like a winch and pulley would be helpful.
