First, Second, Third and on and on Incubator hatch help appreciated

I wouldn't change temps now, but if they are late day 21/22/23, you might want to bump it up next hatch.
And yes, if they hatch too wet, try running humidity a bit lower next time. This is gonna be a fun weekend! :)

*Alot of stuff hinges on breeds, shell quality, season, etc. So sometimes you just have to adjust as you go.

Ok on temp . for what ever reason I read something that changed my mind on rh during lock down. We are currently running 55% RH. Should I change that?

Thanks

At day 18 most eggs should be mostly dark as the chick pretty much fills the egg by then. Did you see movement?

Testing thermometers is essential IMO.
I test against a human oral thermometer(they have tolerances of 0.3 - 0.5F) in a glass of ~100F water and note the differences.

delayed like maybe run high temp than 99.5-99.6?
those look more like a day 15 egg to me, i think your temp was too low, did you calibrate your thermos? as @aart said it is super important
i use scientific mercury thermos and use the ice method to calibrate
