Update on the eggs!

Today I put one magpie egg and a Pekin cross egg. And when I candled… I saw a little spiderweb of veins and the little heart pumping away! It is a Pekin cross egg! I am soo excited!!!! The magpie eggs are not looking too hot.

I am going to name this egg if it hatches Pumpkin!

The eggs. One more Pekin cross egg has veins. Although the are not the the spiderweb I was expecting. More like a circle. The magpie eggs are getting tossed this evening. Hopefully at least one duckling hatches. I’m super excited though!!! I am on day six for the spiderwebbing egg and 4 for the circle vein egg.
