First Time Egg Candler Scared!

Ameracauna mixes and Aracauna mixes make up the share of EEs
No, I don't.
Amy is right. Chances are your friends birds are easter eggers as well. Hatcheries sell them as Americanas, but true Ameraucanas are rare, and dont come in so many colors, and they don't lay green eggs, only blue. Easter Eggers are beautiful, friendly birds that lay a ton of colored eggs. I have some

I have a nn/ee (my ee is Aracauna mixed) that lays olive colored eggs :(the eggs are actually darker than the pic)

That's her egg at the bottom. A good share of ee's will be in a range of that green.

The Americana mix is in all of them it is the male here is a pic of what he looks like.
Nice.
I have an Ameracauna (EE) and silkie mix roo.(Possibly another mix as well in there.) (He's my special needs boy. He was a delayed hatcher from my first hatch attempt) I think he's beautiful, but it's hard to get a good pic of him.

In this picture you can see the Ameracauna muffs and beard better. He's a good sized boy but has very short legs.

I have a super good pic on my moms phone of the rooster. I know this post doesnt go to this thread but, we are moving and I really want to go somewhere in the country where we can start a mini-farm. Any pointers on how to get my parents to move there?
