Two here now. How long do you guys usually leave them in the incubator? We have a panel radiant heater for them, but don’t won’t to move them too early or late.

They need to be 50 to 80% dry before transferring them to brooder box. And while there drying you might need to adjust the humidity, cause a living chick in the incubator will bring it very high. Open your vents to air some of the humidity out and get it back to 65%.
 
I normally wait 24 hours. Hatched chicks will encourage the others. But once dry or mostly dry it's ok to move them out.

Just a heads up those chipmunk ones will be gorgeous silkies.
One has curl toe. It’s the first one born. Named EB for early bird. It’s the wife’s fav and we’ve already taped the lil feet to cardboard/stiff paper braces hoping to correct the issue.
