If I had to turn by hand, I would not bother incubating eggs.
It is like having a herd of cows, or just one, you have to be there twice a day regardless ..
nothing like having to leave a wedding, or a picnic, or not going in the first place because you have to go home and take care of business.
I have had Little Giants, and Hova's. all with turners. I collected them from people who didn't think they were any good.
when it got to the point where I was running
8 of them at a time, I got a sportsman. (borrowed it) then I bought 2 more.
I devised a way to get over 500 eggs in one at a time. more than once I had over 1300 eggs going.. I did custom hatching for people.
I scaled way back , now. I incubated only about 300 eggs this summer.
in fact, I just turned off the incubators today.
If you get a Hova, I think they are just a tad better than the Little Giant.

it is a little more money, but why waste time playing with eggs that won't hatch ?
